Patrick and Konrad were phenomenal. I called on the phone for a 55” TV and they were super helpful. I walked in, they immediately knew I called. They provided all the information I needed in a quickly friendly manner. They priced matched Amazon which saved me $200. I walked out in less than 5 min which was great. Both guys helped me load the TV in my car and assured me about its warranty policy as well. Compared to other stores, these two guys actually cared about the customer. Def check these guys out!

Best electronics shopping experience I've had in a while. I needed to buy a small space heater, with both price and safety in mind. Thats when I ran into Patrick, who worked there. He gave A+ customer service. He had excellent product expertise, and showed me a heater that had advanced safety features but wasn't too bank-breaking. But I'm a cheap-ass, so I didn't want to pay the sticker price. He was happy to match the Amazon price I found online, with no complaint. I felt like I was getting exactly the product I wanted, at exactly the price I wanted to pay. This experience was largely due to the fact that Patrick kicks ass. This is the place I will tell people in the neighborhood to buy electronics at. Definitely check if this store has what you want, before you spend cash on Amazon.

Patrick was attentive and well versed in laptop chargers. I read that it’s a family run business, which I actively seek out for exactly these reasons. It was a much better experience than the big box stores!

Lucas is always so helpful and friendly and willing to make sure you get the best deal on anything he sells in his store. We’re ridiculously indecisive shoppers, in general, and he never made us feel pressured to buy anything. We love supporting local businesses and this one is so worth it! We’re lucky to have them in the neighborhood! Oh, and we LOVE our new TV!!! Thank you Lucas for all of your help.

Great store with knowledgeable and friendly staff Conrad and Patrick helped my wife and purchase a new vacuum. They took time and showed us different models and let us test a few out. Very pleased and will be returning for more electronics and to support local business.
